Materials can be selected according to the contents and artwork requirements. Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with thickness of 15–25 丝 (multi-layer lamination).
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing. Production takes place in a Class 10000 cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong, using food-grade materials; material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
