Supplied in roll form at 400mm width, it can be used in unwinding, forming, and heat-sealing processes on automatic packaging lines and customized to match equipment and packaging specifications.
Materials can be selected from the food-grade material whitelist, including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. The specific material combination and thickness for the single-layer laminate structure are confirmed according to the customer’s packaging contents, equipment, and artwork requirements; multilayer composite thickness ranges from 15–25 silk.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing and can follow samples or drawings for artwork reproduction and adjustment. The production process covers gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing; after slitting, the roll film can be produced to 400mm specifications for continuous use on automatic packaging lines.
Customization services include sample/drawing proofing and custom sizes and layouts according to customer requirements. MOQ is 10,000 pieces; produced in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10,000-class cleanroom. Food-grade material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
