Manufactured by Dongguan Kangdi Packaging, this 500ml double stand-up pouch with handle is designed for wash and personal care packaging. The double stand-up bottom improves shelf stability, while the top handle makes carrying and pouring easier, suitable for shampoo, body wash, conditioner and similar personal care products.
The pouch uses multilayer laminated film. Common structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 150–250 µm. The handle structure is formed during bag making and can be customized with the pouch layout and size.
Production is carried out in a 10,000-class cleanroom. The process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing for brand graphics and product information.
MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The factory offers sample/artwork proofing and custom sizes and layouts according to customer requirements. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
