This 5L double stand-up pouch with handle is designed for face mask packaging, combining a double stand-up structure with a carry handle for large-capacity face mask or skincare contents. Common laminated materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 150–250 µm (multi-layer lamination), selected according to barrier, stiffness, and display requirements.
Printing and process: 1–8 color gravure printing is available, following a process route of gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Production is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, with operations in a 10,000-class clean workshop. The handle structure supports carrying and pouring, making it suitable for 5L large-capacity stand-up display and use scenarios.
The MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Food-grade laminates can be used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. We support sample/artwork proofing and custom sizes and layouts according to customer requirements, allowing the handle position, pouch proportions, and printed graphics of the 5L double stand-up pouch to match the face mask brand vision.
