Butterfly Valve Dual Stand-Up Pouch with Double Zipper and Carry Handle

This butterfly-valve dual stand-up pouch is built for liquid retail packs. The bottom gusset folds out to form a stable base, while the front and back panels are shaped together so the bag stands upright on the shelf. The top-fill opening keeps filling and sealing straightforward, and the double zipper lets end users reseal the pack after opening, limiting leakage and oxidation. A butterfly valve spout controls pouring with a simple twist, which suits low-viscosity drinks and sauces. A die-cut carry handle on the top or side makes the pack easy to take away.

The bag body is normally made from food-grade laminated structures such as PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/PE, selected according to the filler and the barrier level required; the inner layer is chosen for food-contact use. Printing runs in 1-8 colours by gravure, with stable colour reproduction and options for matte, gloss or partial-window finishes. Standard volumes range from 100ml to 5L. Bag width, height, zipper position, valve diameter and handle placement can all follow your drawing, and matching roll film in the same structure is available.

Typical applications include rice wine, fruit wine, juice, concentrates, sauces, soup bases and liquid detergents, as well as sample packs and temporary drink pouches. The usual custom flow is: confirm pouch style and volume, send artwork or a physical sample, approve the proof, then move to mass production.
