This double stand-up pouch is designed for liquid and semi-liquid household products. A bottom gusset combined with side gussets lets the filled pouch stand firmly on the shelf and inside the shipping carton. The body is built with a three-side or four-side seal, and the top can be fitted with a spout, a flip-top spout or a one-way valve to make pouring and dispensing easier. Zippers, tear notches and tamper-evident seals are also available to match different usage habits.
Materials are selected according to the contents and the required shelf life. Common laminates include PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE, with a food-grade sealing layer that offers good toughness, puncture resistance and reliable seals. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, which handles solid areas, gradients and fine text; matt, gloss and spot-varnish finishes are possible. Standard volumes range from 100ml to 5L, and pouch width, spout size and roll film format can all be adjusted. Matching roll film in the same material is available.
Typical applications include kitchen degreasers, glass cleaners, dishwashing liquid, disinfectants, hand soap and car care liquids. Customisation starts with a discussion of pouch style and volume; samples and artwork are welcome, and mass production begins after proof approval. Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10,000 cleanroom, where blown film, lamination, printing and bag making are done in-house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and the setup suits export orders and repeat replenishment programmes.
