This vacuum bag is designed for compressed packing of tea and powdered drinks. The bag body uses an inward-folded side gusset (side pleat) together with three-side sealing, so it stands with good structure, stacks neatly and hugs the contents once air is evacuated, limiting oxidation and moisture pick-up. The flat front panel leaves room for large brand artwork, while seal width, corner radius and tear-notch position can all be adjusted for easy opening and resealing by end users.

Aluminium foil laminates are the main material, typically PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/AL/PE, with barrier and heat-seal layers chosen to suit the filling. This gives light, moisture and puncture resistance for shelf-stable dry goods. Printing runs in 1-8 colour gravure printing, with matt, gloss or spot effects available. Bag styles include three-side seal, four-side seal and side-gusset constructions, most commonly from 100g up to 1kg, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.

Typical uses include tea, coffee powder, solid beverages, meal-replacement powder, nuts and pet treats that need vacuum or compressed packing, plus selected powder products where light and moisture protection matters. The custom process usually moves from requirement discussion and structure and material confirmation to sample approval, then bulk production; sample- or artwork-based customisation is welcome, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.
