Custom Printed Food-Grade Embossed Vacuum Bag with Zipper and Degassing Valve

This embossed vacuum bag is built for food preservation and storage. The textured channel pattern lets air escape evenly during vacuuming, reducing wrinkles and seal leaks. A zipper and bone strip at the opening allow repeated opening and closing, while an optional one-way degassing valve suits coffee beans and other products that release gas, letting internal gas out without letting air back in. Seals are flat and strong, and the transparent body shows contents clearly.

The bag is made from food-grade composite film, commonly PA/PE or PET/PE, balancing oxygen barrier, puncture resistance and low-temperature toughness, with an inner heat-seal layer safe for direct food contact. We offer 1-8 colour gravure printing for brand graphics, barcodes and instructions. Typical thickness ranges from 0.08mm to 0.20mm, and bag width and length follow the contents and packing format; flat, three-side-seal, zipper or valve styles are available, with matching roll film on request.

Typical uses include fresh meat, seafood, cooked food, coffee beans, nuts, tea and dried goods for vacuum preservation and retail display, as well as moisture-sensitive hardware and electronics. Customisation starts with a sample or artwork to confirm bag style, material and print layout, followed by sampling before bulk production.
