Production follows the sequence of gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure work to carry brand graphics and product information on the pouch surface. Manufacturing runs in a Class 10,000 clean workshop, the materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided on customer request.
For customization, the factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and supports proofing from customer samples or artwork, with custom sizes and layouts made to customer requirements at a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pieces. Once the structure and artwork are confirmed, the job moves through printing, lamination, bag making and heat sealing to finished vacuum pouches.
