These 100g tea self-seal zipper pouches with double zipper are designed for tea packaging and daily access. The pouch uses a self-seal zipper structure and a double zipper at the top, which is the key feature that distinguishes it from standard single-zipper tea pouches, supporting repeated opening and closing for tea dispensing.
Food-grade laminated structures can be selected according to requirements, including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; thickness is 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination). Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing to present product information and brand visuals.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and production is carried out in a Class 10000 cleanroom. Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Customization supports sample/artwork proofing and custom sizes and artwork according to customer requirements; MOQ is 10,000 pieces. These 100g double-zipper self-seal pouches are suitable for tea packaging.
