The pouch supports repeated opening and closing for tea portioning, display, and daily access.
The pouch body uses multi-layer composite materials with a thickness of 15–25 silk. Available material options include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Production takes place in a 10,000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.
