Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. Production takes place in a Class 10,000 clean workshop in Dongguan, Guangdong.
The process route is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing. The single zipper structure, bag style, size, and artwork are customized for 1kg tea packaging requirements.
