This product is a 5 kg self-seal zipper pouch for grain, configured with a degassing valve on the resealable zipper structure. Bag dimensions and artwork can be customized to customer requirements, making it suitable for grain packaging where the degassing-valve variant needs to be distinguished.
The common lamination structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; multi-layer lamination thickness is 15–25 丝. The suitable structure can be selected according to the application and customer requirements.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing, and the production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a 10,000-class cleanroom.
The MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Sample/artwork proofing is available, with custom dimensions and layout to customer requirements; food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided on request.
