This product is a 250g cereal self-seal zipper pouch with a degassing valve. The self-seal zipper structure supports opening, closing and repeated sealing, while the degassing valve addresses gas release needs in cereal packaging, clearly differentiating it from same-size, same-use zipper pouches without a valve.
The pouch uses a multi-layer composite structure. Common material options include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk. The material combination can be selected according to the cereal packaging requirements and customer needs. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing. Production takes place in a 10,000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pcs. Sample-based and artwork-based proofing are available, and sizes and artwork can be customized to customer requirements for 250g cereal self-seal zipper pouches.
