Product details
This product is a self-seal zipper pouch dedicated to 500g nut packaging, with a degassing valve as its core structural feature. Nuts continue to release gas during roasting and storage, which can make a sealed pouch swell and affect sealing and appearance; the valve provides one-way release of accumulated internal gas while limiting the ingress of external oxygen and moisture. Combined with the self-seal zipper, the pouch can be reopened and resealed repeatedly, reducing the risk of nuts absorbing moisture or oxidizing.
Materials are selected from commonly used laminated structures according to the application: PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with multi-layer lamination thickness of 15–25 silk (150–250 microns), combined to meet barrier, stiffness and hand-feel requirements. Zipper type, valve position and pouch style (such as stand-up or flat-bottom) are produced after confirming the customer's artwork and sealing structure.
Production is carried out in a Class 10,000 clean workshop in Dongguan, Guangdong, following the process route of gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing, and registration as well as valve hole positioning are controlled simultaneously during bag making and heat sealing. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Customization process: customer provides samples or artwork → confirm dimensions, material structure and layout → proofing and approval → mass production. Sample-based and artwork-based proofing are supported, with custom sizes and layouts made to customer requirements. Minimum order quantity is 10,000 pieces, produced in Dongguan, Guangdong.
