[Structure] This is a self-seal zipper pouch designed for 250g coffee beans, and its defining feature is the double zipper at the pouch mouth: two zipper tracks work together for a firmer opening and closing feel, reducing the misalignment and incomplete closure that a single zipper can develop after repeated use — well suited to coffee beans, which are opened and resealed many times.
[Materials & Thickness] Common laminates include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, selected according to barrier needs and appearance requirements; multi-layer laminate thickness is 15–25 silk (0.15–0.25 mm), balancing stiffness, flexibility and stable heat sealing of the zipper.
[Printing & Process] 1–8 color gravure printing is used for full-bleed backgrounds, graphics and brand information. The production flow is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with the double zipper positioned and sealed during bag making and heat sealing; bag dimensions and artwork are customized to customer requirements. Production runs in a Class 10,000 cleanroom, food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided on request.
[Application & Customization] Suitable for self-seal packaging of 250g coffee beans, and for similar food packaging that requires repeated opening and resealing. Customization flow: customer sample or artwork → confirm material structure, dimensions and artwork → sample approval → mass production. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, made in Dongguan, Guangdong.
