This product is a 250g snack self-seal zipper pouch. Its core feature is a tear notch for easy opening, while the self-seal zipper structure supports resealing, making it suitable for snack portioning and daily storage. Pouch dimensions can be customized according to customer requirements to meet different snack packaging needs.
Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Multi-layer composite thickness is 15–25 silk; a suitable structure can be selected from the above material range based on snack packaging requirements.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The process flow is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The tear notch and self-seal zipper are completed in coordination during bag making and heat sealing to form a self-seal zipper pouch with tear notch.
The minimum order quantity is 10,000 pieces. The place of origin is Dongguan, Guangdong, and production is carried out in a Class 10000 clean workshop. Food-grade materials can be provided with material certificates upon customer request, and sample-based or artwork-based proofing, as well as custom sizes and artwork, are supported.
