This product is a 5kg tea self-seal zipper pouch with a degassing valve as its core variant. Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (multi-layer composite), allowing structure selection based on tea packaging requirements.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, carried out in a Class 10000 clean workshop, suitable for custom tea packaging pouch processing.
The self-seal zipper structure allows repeated opening and closing, and the degassing valve structure is suitable for tea packaging scenarios requiring gas release; the materials are food-grade, with material certificates available upon customer request.
