Composite materials can be selected according to packaging requirements, including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (multi-layer composite).
Printing uses 1–8 color rotogravure printing, with custom sizes and artwork available upon request; the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The production site is in Dongguan, Guangdong, and production is completed in a 10000-class clean workshop. Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
The main process is rotogravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The self-seal zipper and degassing valve structure are the core structural features of this product, suitable for the 2kg nuts packaging specification.
