Another Carton Factory Forced into Liquidation Before Year-End

On August 9, the Civil Trial Division of the Liangqing District Court of Nanning City, Guangxi, issued the "Announcement on the Compulsory Liquidation of Nanning Rongteng Carton Packaging Co., Ltd."

On November 2, 2020, the People's Court of Liangqing District, Nanning City issued the civil ruling (2020) Gui 0108 Qing Shen No. 1, ruling to accept the application of the applicants Zheng Wuxia and Li Rongjie for compulsory liquidation of Nanning Rongteng Carton Packaging Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Rongteng Company"); meanwhile, in accordance with the decision (2021) Gui 0108 Qiang Qing No. 1 issued by the People's Court of Liangqing District, Nanning City, Guangxi Guimeng Law Firm was designated as the liquidation group of Rongteng Company. All creditors and debtors are hereby notified of the matters concerning the compulsory liquidation as follows:

1. Creditors of Rongteng Company are requested to declare their claims to the liquidation group within 30 days from the date of receiving the notice of claim declaration, or within 45 days from the date of this announcement if they have not received such notice. When declaring claims, creditors shall explain the nature, amount, cause of formation and other relevant matters of the claims and provide supporting materials; claims that are not yet due shall be deemed to have become due and shall be paid off according to law in the compulsory liquidation procedure; interest-bearing claims shall cease to bear interest as of the date on which the court accepts the application for compulsory liquidation, and creditors shall submit a written calculation method.
2. Debtors or property holders of Rongteng Company shall pay off their debts or deliver the property to the liquidation group within 30 days from the date of this announcement.
