100g Seasoning Foil & Metallized Pouch with Zipper

Dongguan Kangdi Packaging's 100g seasoning foil and metallized pouch with zipper is designed for small-format seasoning flexible packaging. The zipper structure allows easy access and reclosing, making it suitable for powder, granule, crushed, and other seasoning products. Optional composite structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/VMPET/NY/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, and kraft paper/PE, with a thickness range of 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination).

The pouch is produced through gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing and can present artwork according to customer layouts. The production site is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a 10000-class cleanroom; the materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided according to customer requirements.

In terms of specifications, this product is typically applied to 100g seasoning packaging, with a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pieces.
