Optional composite structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/VMPET/NY/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, and kraft paper/PE, with a thickness range of 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination).
The pouch is produced through gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing and can present artwork according to customer layouts. The production site is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a 10000-class cleanroom; the materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided according to customer requirements.
