250g Cooked Food Vacuum Pouches — Seven-Layer Co-Extruded Vacuum Bags (Custom Gravure Printing)

This is a 250g vacuum pouch for cooked food, and its key differentiator is the seven-layer co-extruded variant: a seven-layer co-extruded film used as the base, combined with multi-layer lamination to deliver a pouch that balances barrier performance and flexibility for vacuum-packed cooked food in ambient or chilled distribution.

The commonly used lamination structures can be selected to match the product, including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; the total multi-layer thickness is controlled at 15–25 silk, and the exact structure can be confirmed based on the food type, vacuum level and packaging machine compatibility.

Production follows the sequence of gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure work to carry brand graphics and product information on the pouch surface. Manufacturing runs in a Class 10,000 clean workshop, the materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided on customer request.

For customization, the factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and supports proofing from customer samples or artwork, with custom sizes and layouts made to customer requirements at a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pieces. Once the structure and artwork are confirmed, the job moves through printing, lamination, bag making and heat sealing to finished vacuum pouches.
