Published:2021-11-08 · Industry News

As "Double 11" approaches, the baijiu market in Jinsha County is about to usher in its peak sales season. Liquor enterprises across the county are going all out both online and offline to prepare for the "Double 11" event. The baijiu packaging material enterprises that depend on the liquor companies are no less active, also running at full capacity to build up stock.

Walking into Guizhou Yushan Jiuding Technology Co., Ltd. in the Jinsha County Economic Development Zone, workers can be seen working intensively and orderly on the production lines, with a series of steps - decal application, injection molding and UV coloring - proceeding methodically. About ten minutes later, finished baijiu paper boxes, cartons, handbags and bottles come off the end of the line, are packed into the corresponding turnover boxes and shipped to baijiu enterprises inside and outside the province. As one of the first packaging and packaging material enterprises to settle in the Jinsha Economic Development Zone, Guizhou Yushan Jiuding Technology Co., Ltd. is a fully automated baijiu packaging material producer. Since settling in, it has created jobs for more than 530 local person-times, with monthly sales exceeding 15 million yuan, and the quality of its products has won the favor of more than 200 liquor enterprises inside and outside the province, including Jinsha Huisha Liquor, Dukang Liquor and Guojiao.

Qin Tiankui, office director of Guizhou Yushan Jiuding Technology Co., Ltd., said: "As baijiu enters the peak consumption season, as an enterprise specializing in liquor packaging, we have stepped up production to keep pace with the liquor companies. We now have more than 20 production lines, all equipment is operating normally, and we can produce 20,000 finished pieces per day. We have signed orders with Huaizhuang, Huisha and Gujiu, and can ship within a short time."

The resulting baijiu supporting packaging and packaging material industry has also successively settled in the Jinsha Economic Development Zone.

Up to now, Jinsha County has successfully introduced 12 baijiu packaging material enterprises, including Dongguan Sanchuang, Sichuan Shengfeng, Shanghai Tuzhi, Anhui Jinxing and Xinjiang Xinhong Mingrui, and the number of packaging material enterprises that have settled and started production in the park has reached 24, with 15 more expressing intent to settle in. Data shows that as of September this year, the baijiu industry in Jinsha County achieved taxable sales of 4.311 billion yuan, and the output value of the baijiu packaging material industry exceeded 250 million yuan.
