100ml Double-Gusset Stand-up Pouch for Coffee (Double Stand-up Bag)

In structure, this is a double-gusset stand-up pouch: besides the usual bottom gusset, both sides of the pouch also carry folded-in gusset panels. After filling, the two side gussets and the bottom gusset open out together to create a three-dimensional base with multiple support points, so the 100ml pouch stands more stably and upright on shelf, with a flatter front display panel. This differs clearly in forming method and silhouette from a standard stand-up pouch with a bottom gusset only, making it easy to distinguish from same-spec, same-use products when selecting a format.

For materials, common laminate structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (multi-layer laminate). For coffee, aluminum foil or metallized structures can be selected for aroma retention, light blocking and barrier requirements, while kraft paper laminates can be chosen for their appearance and hand feel.

The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → pouch making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing, and the pouch-making step completes the double-gusset folding and heat-seal forming to keep pouch dimensions and seal edges consistent. Production runs in a Class 10,000 clean workshop, and food-grade materials are used; material certificates can be provided upon customer request.

Customization process: customers can send samples or drawings for proofing, and we customize sizes and artwork as required.
