This product is a 1L sauce double stand-up pouch with handle, adding a handle to the double stand-up pouch structure for sauce packaging and carrying scenarios. The specification is 1L, and size and artwork can be customized to customer sauce packaging requirements.
Common laminated materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; multilayer lamination thickness is 15–25 silk, and the appropriate laminate structure can be selected for sauce packaging.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing, and the production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing; the production site is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a 10000-class cleanroom.
The MOQ is 10,000 pcs; the factory provides sample/artwork proofing and can customize size and layout according to customer requirements. Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
