Optional laminated materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Multilayer lamination thickness is 15–25 silk. Printing can use 1–8 color gravure printing. The materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. Production is in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a Class 10000 cleanroom.
The production process follows gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The MOQ is 10,000 pieces. The factory offers sample/drawing proofing and can customize sizes and artwork according to customer requirements to suit different calf colostrum packaging needs.
