1kg Tea Self-Seal Zipper Pouches (Single Zipper)

This product is a 1kg tea self-seal zipper pouch with a single zipper technical variant, designed for repeated opening and closing after tea is taken out. The pouch body can use multi-layer composite materials according to tea packaging requirements, with a common thickness of 15–25丝 (multi-layer composite).

Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. Production takes place in a Class 10,000 clean workshop in Dongguan, Guangdong.

The process route is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing. The single zipper structure, bag style, size, and artwork are customized for 1kg tea packaging requirements.

The MOQ is 10,000 pieces. Sample/image proofing and custom sizes and layouts are available. It is suitable for tea packaging in self-seal zipper pouch applications; the specific material combination and thickness are confirmed according to samples and order requirements.
