The electrostatic-bag composite dust collector organically combines the characteristics of electrostatic dust removal and bag dust removal. It is a

type of dust collector that uses the pre-dust collection and charging effect of the front * electric field and the filtration and dust removal of the rear * filter bag zone. It gives full play to the respective dust removal advantages of the electrostatic precipitator and the bag filter, as well as the new performance advantages produced by combining the two, and makes up for the dust removal shortcomings of the electrostatic precipitator and the bag filter.

Improving the ash cleaning effect: whether the ash cleaning of the dust collection system is good or bad directly affects the dust collection efficiency. After a period of operation, most electrostatic precipitators show a decline in efficiency, and the root cause is poor ash cleaning of the collecting plates.

Based on impact theory and practical results, the HHD electrostatic precipitator changed the traditional flat steel impact rod structure into an integral steel structure, and simplified the side rapping hammer structure of the dust collection, reducing the hammer-dropping links by 2/3. Experiments show that the acceleration of the collecting plate surface increased from 220G to 356G.

3-5 meters and the weight is reduced by 15 under the same total dust collection area.

PTC and PTS materials, and the bottom of the insulating bushing adopts a hyperbolic reverse-blow cleaning design, eliminating the easy-to-occur failure of condensation and creepage of the porcelain bushing, and making maintenance, servicing and replacement more convenient.

Usually the dust collection efficiency of one electric field is between

80 and 90, and the remaining 10-20 of fine dust, after being equalized by the perforated plate at the electric field outlet and the bag inlet along with the flue gas, partly enters the bag filter horizontally and partly turns from horizontal flow to the lower part of the filter bags, then moves from bottom to top and enters the bag dust collector. The advantage of this simultaneous horizontal and vertical entry of flue gas into the bag dust collection zone is that it * guarantees a reasonable rising speed in the bag zone. The dust-laden flue gas passes through the outer surface of the bags, the dust is retained on the outside of the filter bags, and the clean gas flows out from the inner cavity of the bags, enters the upper purification chamber, then merges into the exhaust duct and is discharged from the chimney through the outlet bell mouth, pipeline and fan. Among these, the pre-dust removal effect and the charging effect of the dust removal electric field play an important role in improving the performance of the electrostatic-bag composite dust collector.
