Основные задачи и цели производства печатного оборудования в рамках 12-й пятилетки
ppzhan News:
As an important supporting industry for the development of the printing industry, the printing equipment manufacturing industry must, in accordance with the requirements of the printing industry's development, strengthen its capacity for independent innovation and do a good job in the R&D and production of key printing technology and equipment, so as to provide strong support for China's goal of building itself into a world printing power. In light of the current development trends of the printing industry and the tasks it faces, during the "12th Five-Year Plan" period the printing equipment manufacturing industry will pursue key breakthroughs in the following areas.
- Digital printing and printing digitalization technology and equipment
(1) Digital printing presses, with the focus on inkjet digital printing presses:
At present, digital printing presses fall mainly into two categories: electrophotographic digital printing presses and inkjet digital printing presses. Currently, the mainstream equipment of China's digital printing enterprises is electrophotographic digital printing presses, but thanks to their advantages in format, substrates and other respects, inkjet digital printing presses have greater development potential. At present, China does not yet have the capacity to produce electrophotographic digital printing presses, and all major products are imported; R&D on inkjet digital printing presses, however, has already started and rests on a relatively good foundation, with enterprises such as Founder Group already able to produce inkjet digital printing presses. In 2009, imports of inkjet digital printing presses accounted for 10.77% of the total value of imported printing equipment, ranking second among all categories of equipment. During the "12th Five-Year Plan" period, the printing equipment manufacturing industry must intensify R&D on digital printing presses, especially inkjet digital printing presses.
The main goals are: to develop a series of inkjet digital printing presses with independent intellectual property rights, with mainstream equipment reaching today's advanced level by 2015; to achieve breakthroughs in the R&D of key components (such as printheads) and break the monopoly of imported products; to raise the domestic market share to 35% by 2015, thereby changing the situation of heavy reliance on imports; and at the same time to actively develop electrophotographic digital printing presses.
(2) CTP platesetters:
Some enterprises in China are already able to produce CTP platesetters, but on the whole the key core technologies for CTP platesetters remain in the hands of a small number of foreign enterprises, and domestically produced CTP platesetters account for only 23% of China's total installed CTP base. In 2009, the import value of CTP equipment grew by 41.05%, ranking sixth among imports.
During the "12th Five-Year Plan" period, the main tasks for the R&D and production of domestically produced CTP platesetters are to continue raising the technical level and equipment quality, strive to master the key core technologies, and bring major products up to today's advanced level by 2015; to further expand market share, aiming for a domestic market share of more than 45% by 2015; and to greatly increase export volumes so as to secure a place in the market.
(3) Digital workflows and the application of digital technology in the field of multi-color printing presses:
Efforts should be made to carry out the research and development of key technologies for press control systems, so that they can be applied to the integration of domestically produced presses with an integrated printing digital workflow—technologies such as high-performance automatic ink-volume control devices, automatic ink-water balance control technology for presses, and high-speed, high-precision paper control systems—thereby integrating prepress, press and postpress into a single system, creating a digital workflow-based printing operating environment and achieving seamless connection between production and management. At present, China's R&D on digital workflows is still at an initial stage, with only a few enterprises carrying out related technology R&D and tackling key problems; there is still a considerable gap with advanced levels in the R&D of hardware-software integration and interface technologies, and major technical products still depend on imports.
During the "12th Five-Year Plan" period, the main goal of digital workflow R&D is to develop workflows and interface technologies that conform to mainstream standards and to raise the level of digitalization of printing processes and the automation level of multi-color printing equipment, with some products reaching advanced levels by 2015.
- Printing machinery
(1) Sheet-fed offset printing presses
Sheet-fed offset printing presses occupy an important position in China's printing industry. In 2009, their import value accounted for 47.18% of the total value of imported printing equipment. For many years this figure has remained high, occupying a leading position among imported printing equipment.
The main goal for sheet-fed offset printing presses is that by 2015 the overall performance of major equipment should approach or reach the advanced level of the early 21st century, with some equipment reaching the current advanced level or approaching the advanced level of that period. By 2015, the domestic market share of sheet-fed offset printing presses should reach about 45%.
Sheet-fed offset printing press products mainly include:
① Medium-format multicolor offset press: mainly refers to folio and quarto multicolor offset presses. At present, medium-format multicolor offset presses have reached a speed of 18000 sheets/hour, and their automation level has reached the point where jobs can be changed automatically without stopping the press. China's medium-format multicolor offset presses still lag far behind in speed and overall efficiency, with a low degree of automation, few configurable functional modules, and poor stability and reliability.
Main tasks for medium-format multicolor offset presses:
Ø Improve product stability and reliability, and improve the overall efficiency of the machine;
Ø Improve the level of automation and inline inspection and control;
Ø Develop or configure CIP3/PPF and CIP4/JDF data interfaces;
Ø Develop or configure multifunctional modules;
Ø Develop low-carbon offset presses. Save energy and reduce consumption; reduce waste and increase yield; reduce auxiliary time and improve the overall efficiency of the machine.
② Medium-format multicolor perfecting offset press: China needs to develop different types of medium-format multicolor perfecting offset presses. Existing medium-format multicolor perfecting offset presses still need improved performance and quality. There is relatively high demand for perfecting multicolor offset presses that print alternately on the top and bottom sides.
③ Large-format multicolor offset press: large-format multicolor offset presses refer to multicolor offset presses of A0 format and above. Large-format multicolor offset presses urgently need to improve their level and quality and to increase variety.
(2) Web offset press
The technical level of China's web offset presses lags considerably behind advanced foreign levels.
① Newspaper web offset press: the ones that lag relatively far behind advanced foreign levels are medium-sized and large newspaper web offset presses.
Ø Medium-sized newspaper web offset press: China has successfully developed a medium-sized newspaper web offset press with a single-width large cylinder that is at an advanced level, but it has not been long since this was achieved, and quality and level still need to be continuously improved. In addition, a double-width small-cylinder medium-sized newspaper web offset press should be developed in a timely manner according to market demand.
Ø The main tasks for medium-sized newspaper web offset presses are to continue improving stability, reliability, performance, and quality, and to achieve large-scale production. Increase the domestic market share, with the domestic market share reaching about 30% in 2015. Substantially increase export volume.
Ø Large newspaper web offset press: this was originally a blank area in China; Shanghai Electric's acquisition of Goss provided a favorable opportunity for the development of China's large newspaper web offset presses. China should accelerate the digestion and absorption of advanced foreign technologies, develop in a timely manner according to market demand technologies and products that better meet domestic market needs, and strive to realize localized production as soon as possible.
② Commercial web offset press: China has successfully developed a single-width commercial web offset press, and still needs to develop a wide-width commercial web offset press in a timely manner according to market demand.
The main objectives are to continue improving product stability, reliability, performance, and quality, and to achieve large-scale production. Increase the domestic market share, change as soon as possible the current situation in which imported presses dominate, reach a domestic market share of about 25% in 2015, and expand export volume.
(3) Multicolor flexographic printing press
Flexographic printing presses are the main type of green and environmentally friendly printing equipment. At present, China is already able to produce various types of flexographic printing presses, and in the future the main focus will be on developing various flexographic printing presses. By 2015, the comprehensive performance of major products should approach or reach the current advanced level. By 2015, the domestic market share of in-line narrow-width flexographic printing presses should reach 80%, and the market share of wide-width flexographic printing presses should reach 25%.
① Narrow-width flexographic printing press: in-line narrow-width flexographic printing presses have developed considerably. According to a survey, by June 30, 2009, the installed base of in-line narrow-width flexographic printing presses in China was 798 units. Among them, imported presses accounted for 33.7%, and domestically made presses accounted for 66.3%, but imported presses are still mainly used to produce printed products. Therefore, domestically made presses still need to continuously improve their performance, quality, stability, and reliability.
② Wide-width flexographic printing press: it has just started in China, and machines of different widths should be developed according to market demand.
③ Plastic film flexographic printing press: it has not yet been developed in China, and machines of different widths should be developed in a timely manner according to market demand.
(4) Multicolor gravure printing press
Multicolor gravure printing presses are the second largest printing method in China's packaging printing, after offset presses. After years of development, China has formed a relatively complete gravure press production system covering high-, medium-, and low-end equipment, and the comprehensive technical indicators of some gravure
During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the main task for gravure printing equipment is to continue raising the level and quality of existing gravure presses, strengthen independent innovation capacity, reduce equipment energy consumption and improve environmental performance; during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, domestic equipment is to account for 80% of the market share of new installations. Export volume will grow substantially.
- Postpress equipment
The development of postpress equipment is of great significance to raising the overall level of China's printing equipment manufacturing industry. At present, the postpress sector is facing a transformation and upgrading from labor-intensive to technology-intensive. The main goals for postpress equipment under the 12th Five-Year Plan are to consolidate and stabilize the production of mid-range products, focus on developing inline production lines, and further improve equipment stability and durability. Expand domestic market share and increase export value.
The key postpress products to be developed are:
(1) High-speed perfect binding inline systems: the focus is on high-speed intelligent perfect binding lines with speeds of 8,000-12,000 books/hour and format changeover times of within 12 minutes. Stabilize and increase market share and expand exports.
(2) Hardcover binding inline production lines: currently a gap in the domestic market. In line with market demand, develop medium- and high-speed hardcover binding inline lines with high stability and reliability. Strive to break the dominance of foreign products by 2015.
(3) Intelligent digital printing perfect binding inline systems: following the trend toward integrated printing and binding in the digital printing market, develop intelligent perfect binding inline systems with fully automatic adjustment and changeover times of within 5-25 seconds.
(4) Die-cutting machines and foil stamping machines
① Flatbed die-cutting machines and foil stamping machines: consolidate and improve the level of flatbed die-cutting machines, foil stamping machines and die-cutting/foil-stamping machines, and raise their automation level on the basis of stability and reliability. Develop digital die-cutting machines and increase die-cutting and foil stamping speeds, striving to exceed 10,000 sheets/hour in foil stamping and 7,000 sheets/hour in holographic foil stamping. Reduce hot stamping foil consumption by about 50%.
② Rotary die-cutting machines and foil stamping machines: in line with market development needs, develop rotary die-cutting machines, foil stamping machines and die-cutting/foil-stamping machines at the appropriate time. Change the situation in which foreign products dominate the market.
- Green and environmentally friendly printing equipment and supporting materials
(1) Encourage printing equipment manufacturers to adopt energy-saving and emission-reduction technologies, such as shaftless technology to save metal materials, variable-frequency speed control and cold foil stamping technology to save electricity, and water circulation systems to save water. Encourage printing enterprises to adopt green and environmentally friendly flexographic printing technology, and support domestic printing equipment manufacturers in continuing to develop flexographic presses and supporting materials.
(2) Vigorously develop green and environmentally friendly printing materials
Ink is a major pollution source in the printing process. Both the production and use of ink, and some printed finished products, cause harm and impact to the environment and human health. During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, it is necessary to vigorously implement the national environmental protection industry standard / Technical requirements for environmental labeling of offset, gravure and flexographic inks, and to embody the concepts of "low carbon, environmental protection, safety and health". Increase the proportion of inks produced with vegetable oils and their derivatives replacing mineral oils; guide and restrict the production of various organic solvent-based inks; develop alcohol-soluble and water-soluble inks that can meet the requirements of printed materials; and phase out various inks containing benzene-based solvents. In particular, water-based inks must be used for food and pharmaceutical packaging and for printed materials such as primary and secondary school textbooks. With the development of digital inkjet technology, inkjet inks should evolve from solvent-based to bio-inks and UV inks, and solvent-based inkjet inks should ultimately be eliminated.
a. Offset printing plates: whether traditional PS plates or CTP plates, waste liquid, waste gas and waste residue are discharged during their production and use. From a green and environmental protection perspective, processless plates should be developed. Such plates require no chemical development during use, discharge no waste liquid, reduce pollution, and at the same time lower costs and improve platemaking efficiency. At present, a small number of domestic enterprises have begun research and development, but large-scale production has not yet been achieved. Processless plates should be a key development item in the 12th Five-Year Plan for offset printing plates.
b. With the rapid development of packaging printing, demand for flexographic plates will grow sharply. At present, the number of flexographic presses in China is about 3,000, but flexographic plates on the market are still mainly imported, with major suppliers including DuPont and BASF. During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the production of flexographic plates should be vigorously developed, striving for a domestic plate market share of over 30%.
