4. Exhibitors may not transfer or sublease their booths to others; otherwise the organizer has the right to take back the booth and the booth fee will not be refunded.
5. After receiving the Exhibition Application Form and the full booth payment, the organizer will send the invoice and the Exhibitor Manual to the exhibitor.
