Custom Metallized Bag-in-Box, Aseptic for Red Wine and Juice

This is a custom BIB liquid pouch with a wide capacity span, anything from 0.5 L to 220 L, available in metallized, pure aluminium or transparent material. It is used for aseptic filling and transport of red wine, juice and spring water. Without a rigid outer shell the empty pouch can be rolled or stacked, so return freight and warehouse space stay small.

The three materials have different emphases: metallized material balances light blocking against cost, pure aluminium gives the stronger barrier, and transparent material keeps the liquid visible. The base film is laminated with a heat-seal inner layer to form the pouch; the inner layer provides the seal and contacts the liquid, while the outer layer carries printing and resists abrasion. Aseptic pouches are sterilised before filling.

Capacity can be produced from 0.5 L to 220 L, with pouch dimensions scaling with volume. For the larger sizes, transport and storage arrangements are agreed around the outer packaging the customer already uses.
