Custom Metallized Pouch 220 L, 200 kg, Aseptic

The 220 L aseptic pouch is a flexible pack for large-volume liquid storage and transport, carrying loads in the 200 kg class. The pouch body is metallized and is normally placed inside a steel drum. The filled pouch and drum together combine transport strength with an inner barrier, and the format is used for bulk concentrate, fruit pulp and cooking oil in transfer and export packing.

The pouch is laminated from metallized film and other layers. The metal layer blocks light and oxygen to slow oxidation of the contents, while the inner layer provides the heat seal and contacts the material. A large pouch has long seal runs, so heat-seal temperature, pressure and dwell time must be applied evenly, and the integrity of the corners and seams matters most.

This product is made to the 220 L size, corresponding to a 200 kg fill weight, with a steel drum as the outer package. The pouch mouth, the inlet and outlet connections and their fit to the drum opening are agreed around the customer's filling and discharge equipment.

Irradiation sterilisation is the treatment named in the product title and works with an aseptic filling process for liquids that carry microbiological requirements. The same large-format pouch is also used for fruit pulp, syrup and industrial liquids.
