Custom Transparent Bag-in-Box 1–20 L for Lemon Juice and Milk Tea

This transparent bag-in-box serves the ingredient supply chain for milk tea shops and drink counters, holding lemon water, fruit-flavoured concentrate and lemon juice cordial, items that are drawn on constantly through the day. Fitted with a valve, the pouch can feed a counter dispenser directly and is simply swapped when empty, which is less fiddly than reopening a rigid container. Flattened empties also take up little space.

The pouch uses a transparent laminate, or metallized and pure aluminium structures where required. Clear film lets staff check the remaining volume at a glance, while foil gives stronger barrier protection when a longer shelf life matters. The inner heat-seal layer touches the liquid, so the valve-seat weld and the edge seals determine whether the pack drips in use.

Volumes span 1-20 L, with small and medium sizes most common in shops. Printing runs to 1-8 colours for branding and ingredient information. Accessories are the valve and the carton, the carton keeping the soft pouch square on a shelf. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with artwork and pouch style made to order.

As well as lemon water and fruit concentrate, the format is used for juice drinks, milk, coffee concentrate and sauces; the keywords bag-in-box, valve pouch and liquid pouch describe one structural family.
