This stand-up spout pouch is used for dish soap and kitchen cleaning liquids from 500 ml to 2 L. A gusseted base means the filled pouch stands by itself on a worktop or shelf, and the spout allows the liquid to be poured into a sink, a dispenser or a smaller bottle without opening the top of the pack.
The laminate is PET + PE, chosen because the inner PE layer resists grease-cutting formulas and the outer PET layer keeps the printed design sharp when the pack is handled in a kitchen. The film also provides a barrier against light and air, and the seal is set to work with the filling equipment on your line. The flat front panel takes the 1–8 colour design together with dosage and ingredient text.
Capacity, spout size, cap and print design are made to your specification, and the film structure can be adjusted if the formula is more aggressive. Guangdong Kody Packaging manufactures these pouches to order and supplies samples before volume production.
