This spout pouch is a refill pack for laundry detergent in the 500 ml to 3 L range. The pack stands on the shelf when filled, and the spout lets the detergent be poured into a dispenser or a washing machine drawer in a controlled stream, so there is no need to tip a heavy bottle and no splash at the pour.
The body is a PET + PE laminate selected for resistance to surfactants, so the film does not delaminate or discolour when it holds detergent concentrate. The inner heat-seal layer seals the pouch and the spout seat, and the seal is set to suit the filling equipment on the line. The printed panel takes the 1–8 colour design, dosage table and safety wording, all readable on the flat front face.
Refill formats use far less plastic than a rigid bottle for the same volume of product, which is why they are common in laundry ranges. Capacity, spout type, cap and print are made to your specification by Guangdong Kody Packaging, with samples before volume orders.
