Product details
The printed foil spout pouch combines the barrier behaviour of aluminium foil with the convenience of a spout pack, and it is used for packaging laundry detergent and similar liquids. The surface takes colour printing, which suits household products that need a strong brand presence on the shelf. The pouch also has a resealable construction: used with the spout, it can be closed again after opening so unused liquid is less likely to spill.
The material is based on laminated material with a foil layer that provides light blocking and barrier, while the remaining layers supply strength and heat-sealing performance. The layers are laminated and cured, then slit and made into pouches; the spout is heat sealed into the opening and the base is folded and sealed so the pouch stands.
Volume runs from 1-1000 ml, covering both small household packs and refill packs. Printing runs to 1-8 colours, and spot colours can be combined with four-colour work, with the layout following the customer's artwork. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
