The small cosmetic spout pouch is designed for small doses of lip glaze, mascara and lip gloss. The pouch can be made in a shaped outline, and with a stand-up base and spout it is convenient to use and to carry. Compared with rigid containers, a flexible pouch makes it easier to vary the shape on the shelf, which helps cosmetic products stand apart in display.
The body is built from laminated material. Small pouches are more sensitive to sealing accuracy and spout size, so the sealing margin allowed in production is correspondingly narrower. The shaped outline is produced with a pouch-making die, the spout is heat sealed into the opening, and the base is formed so the pouch stands.
Volume is presented in specifications such as 15 g, and the product name also describes very small sizes such as 5 g, which can serve as a single dose or a trial pack. Printing runs to 1-8 colours and can follow the shaped outline with partial artwork. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
