Custom Stand-up Pouch with Spout, Large Capacity for Liquids

A custom stand-up liquid pouch with an outlet at each end, giving a top-to-bottom dispensing path, and a carry handle for outdoor and mobile use. Two sizes are covered, 5 L and 10 L, aimed at filling and transferring larger volumes of liquid.

The body uses nylon-PE and laminated material and is transparent, so the contents stay visible. The nylon layer gives the pouch good tensile and puncture resistance, PE provides heat sealing and contact with the liquid, and the two films are laminated before sealing and outlet welding. Because the two outlets sit at opposite ends, the load path has to be balanced, and pouch-face flatness matters at the weld points.

Volumes are 5 L and 10 L, with printing in 1–8 colours. Fittings cover a screw cap, spout, valve and carry handle, matched to the filling method and the way the pouch will be emptied. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and bag dimensions and artwork are made to order.

The pouch suits drinking water, juice, soup, milk and beer, and is often used for outdoor supply, takeaway catering and temporary water storage. The upper outlet serves filling and drinking, the lower one drains the pack, and the handle lets one person move a full pouch.
