The custom PE three-side-seal portable zipper pouch is designed around portability and sealing. It is available across a full range of sizes and can be given light-blocking and preservation properties to suit the contents. It fits foods that are carried around or repacked in small amounts, such as nuts, dried meat, preserved fruit and instant powders.
The body is a PE laminated material. The laminated layers handle light blocking and barrier, and the inner heat-seal layer forms a continuous seam. Pressing the zipper shut at the top gives the pack a more reliable seal. The three-side-seal construction is light and flat, so it takes up little space once filled and is easy to pack into cartons or carry around.
The fill range is 1-5KG. Printing is available in 1-8 colours and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Bag length and width, zipper position and whether the film blocks light can all be selected, and no valve or spout is fitted to this item.
Common uses include snack foods, nuts and dried fruit, candy outer packaging and portioned grains, as well as flexible packs that need vacuum preservation. Details such as a hanging hole, a tear notch or rounded corners can be agreed at the same time.
