This laminated vacuum zipper stand-up pouch covers a fill range of 1-5KG. The base is gusseted so the bag stands, the top carries a zipper, and it is printed to your own logo and artwork. It is a common choice in food flexible packaging where shelf display and product protection both matter.
The body is a PE laminated material. Bonding several layers together delivers stiffness, barrier and heat-seal performance in one film, and the stand-up base supports the pouch once filled. The zipper allows repeated opening and closing, and the structure can be combined with a vacuum process where required. Seal width at the top and the base is set against the fill weight so that a heavy pack is less likely to split open along a seam.
The fill range is 1-5KG. Printing is available in 1-8 colours and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Within that range you can fix the exact weight and the bag dimensions, and several weight options can share a single bag format. This item does not include a valve, spout or other accessory.
Applications centre on food snacks, nuts and dried fruit, candy outer packaging, grains, and portioned flour or sugar. It can also be produced in a three-side-seal format as a vacuum-preservation flexible pack, and the same specification often serves both shop shelves and online orders.
