The cartoon zipper three-side-seal pouch is a small-format food bag for snacks, confectionery and sweets. The body is sealed along both sides and the bottom, the top carries a press-to-close zipper, and the front panel is left free for full-width cartoon artwork. It is typically used as an individual pack for candy, puffed snacks, broken biscuits and preserved fruit, and for repacking loose goods sold by weight in shops.
The material is a PE laminated structure. The laminated layers give the pouch stiffness and barrier, while the inner sealing layer forms a firm closure along the sealed edges. The zipper track at the top can be opened and closed repeatedly, so the pack can be resealed after each use to slow down moisture pick-up. No valve or spout is fitted, which keeps the construction simple and makes the seal and the zipper the main means of closure, with bag dimensions easy to adjust.
Volume is made to order rather than fixed, so length, width and bottom fold can be set from the weight of the contents and the way the pack is displayed. Printing is available in 1-8 colours and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Artwork, pouch dimensions and zipper position can all be adjusted, and details such as a hanging hole or a tear notch can be agreed at the same time.
Typical applications sit in the snack and food category: nuts and dried fruit, candy outer wrapping, grains, and portioned flour or sugar. The pouch also suits bone-strip formats for shelf hanging.
