The 5L cooking oil bag-in-box produced by Dongguan Kangdi Packaging features a butterfly valve as its core variant for edible oil packaging. Common multilayer film structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (multilayer lamination). Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon request.
This product uses a bag-in-box (BIB) structure, combining a 5L specification with a butterfly valve for dispensing and use in cooking oil applications. The laminated film can be selected from the listed material combinations according to cooking oil packaging needs, then heat-sealed into a flexible bag body suitable for 5L capacity.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing. Production takes place in a 10,000-class cleanroom, and the place of origin is Dongguan, Guangdong.
For customization, the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pieces. Sample and drawing proofing are supported, and size and layout can be customized according to customer requirements. If required, food-grade material certificates can be provided upon request.
