3L Clear Shaped Wine Bag-in-Box with Butterfly Valve and Wide-Mouth Spout

This bag-in-box solution centres on a custom-shaped clear pouch, with a butterfly valve or wide-mouth spout positioned at the top for smooth dispensing, easy filling and reclosing. The body is formed with four-side or pillow-style seals and rounded corners, and the pouch outline can be adjusted to match your bottle shape or outer carton. Valve and spout are heat-sealed onto the film for a reliable, leak-resistant joint. Combined with a corrugated outer box, it forms a complete bag-in-box system for transport, stacking and end-point dispensing.

Pouches are typically built from food-grade PE and EVOH multilayer film, and structures such as PET, NY or AL can be selected to suit the contents, balancing oxygen barrier, flex resistance and drop performance. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, supporting full-coverage backgrounds, spot colours and gradients, with the artwork buried inside the film layers so it resists scuffing. Volume ranges from 100ml to 5L, covering 3L wine pouches and 5L fruit wine pouches; bag width, length, spout diameter and valve type are all adjustable, with matching roll film available.

The format suits wine, fruit wine, juice, concentrates, edible oil, soy sauce and other liquid foods, as well as household and industrial liquids. Customisation starts with confirming pouch shape, volume and valve option; samples and artwork are welcome, and we advise on structure before producing a pre-production sample for approval.
