Butterfly Valve Aluminum Foil Bag-in-Box with Handle for Concentrated Juice

This bag-in-box uses a butterfly valve as its dispensing point. The inner bag is built as a bottom-gusseted stand-up pouch with firm, flat seals, and a carry handle is added at the top so the filled bag can be lifted into an outer carton. Valve diameters can be matched to your filling line and dispensing method. Compared with a standard spout pouch, the butterfly valve allows faster flow, which suits high-viscosity liquids and larger fill volumes.

The inner bag is made from food-grade aluminium foil laminate, typically PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/AL/PE. The foil layer blocks light, oxygen and moisture, helping to protect the flavour and colour of juice and puree. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, so brand graphics, ingredient text and multilingual labels can all be reproduced. Standard volumes run from 1L to 20L, and bag dimensions, valve size, handle position and seal width can be adjusted to your filling equipment.

Typical applications include concentrated juice, sea buckthorn juice, prickly pear puree, fruit pulp, syrup, sauces and drinking water, supplied to food service, beverage shops and export packing programmes. The custom process starts with confirming volume and valve type, then artwork or a physical sample, sampling approval and bulk production. Matching roll film in the same material is also available. Production takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a Class 10000 clean workshop; MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
