Pull-Tab Oil Valve Bag-in-Box for Concentrated Puree, Juice and Coffee

This bag-in-box is built around a food-grade laminated pouch fitted inside a corrugated outer carton. The pouch is sealed on three or four sides for a flat, strong edge that resists leaking once filled. The outlet can be a pull-tab oil valve, a butterfly valve or a spout; the pull-tab oil valve allows controlled pouring and suits busy restaurant kitchens. A top handle or hanging point makes the pouch easy to hang upside down, and it works with common stainless steel or plastic dispensers.

The pouch is made from multilayer laminates such as PET, NY, AL and PE, with a food-grade heat-seal inner layer. Barrier, light-blocking or low-temperature constructions can be selected according to the filling, and an aluminium foil layer helps extend the shelf life of juices and purees. Surfaces accept 1-8 colour gravure printing with clear graphics and consistent colour, in matt or gloss finishes. Standard volumes run from 1L to 20L, with film thickness and valve diameter adjusted to your filling line, plus matching roll film.

Typical uses include concentrated fruit puree, NFC juice, cold brew coffee, syrups, edible oils and sauces supplied in bulk, serving restaurant chains, central kitchens, beverage plants and food processors.
