This colostrum pouch is designed for collecting, chilling and tube-feeding calf colostrum. The die-cut, irregular shape sits neatly in chillers and bottle racks, while the four-side sealed edges stay flat and reliable at low temperatures. The spout can be specified as a screw cap or a feeding-tube outlet, and an oesophageal feeder tube can be supplied with the pouch, allowing colostrum to move from storage to feeding without decanting. Sealed spout joints resist leakage when the bag is inverted or squeezed.
Bags are built from food-grade aluminium foil laminates, typically PET/foil/PE or PET/nylon/foil/PE, giving a light and oxygen barrier for chilled and short-term frozen storage. Outer layers accept 1-8 colour gravure printing, so farm logos, feeding instructions and volume marks can be printed directly. Volumes range from 100ml to 5L, with adjustable bag shape, spout diameter, tube length and seal width. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied for your own filling line.
Applications include dairy farms, calf rearing units, veterinary and nutritional supplement packing, pet milk products and cold-chain dairy processing. Customisation starts with your sample or artwork; we confirm the bag and spout option, produce a sample for approval, then move to bulk production. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10,000 clean room and in-house film, printing and bag-making lines. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with export packing available.
