Designed for calf colostrum feeding and chilled liquid delivery, this pouch is built with a four-side-seal or three-side-seal construction and widened heat-sealed edges for drop and compression resistance. A welded spout sits on top and can be fitted with a screw cap or one-way valve, giving steady flow with minimal backflow. A bottom gusset or hanging hole is optional for suspension feeding and fast emptying, and the seal holds up well after freezing at 4L capacity.
The laminate can be specified as PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE or other food-grade combinations, with a food-grade PE inner sealing layer that blocks oxygen and light for frozen and chilled storage. Outer surfaces accept 1-8 colour gravure printing, reproducing brand colours, farm logos and usage instructions with strong ink adhesion and fade resistance. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, while spout diameter, bag dimensions and roll width stay adjustable, and matching roll film is available.
