The 5L liquid soap pouch with handle is used for packing dishwashing detergent and other liquid cleansers. The pouch body is built from a multi-layer laminated structure; common material combinations include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, selected according to the filling and barrier requirements, with a laminated thickness of 15–25 silk.
The handle is the key structure that distinguishes this product from standard soap pouches of the same size and use: the handle is formed integrally with the pouch body during the bag-making and heat-sealing processes, making the 5L large-capacity format easier to carry and pour, which suits refill and decanting of dishwashing detergent and other household cleaning liquids.
Printing and production follow the sequence of gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 colors, allowing brand marks, product information and usage instructions on the artwork. Production runs in a Class 10,000 clean workshop in Dongguan, Guangdong.
