Product details
This product is a 2kg seasoning foil & metallized pouch, with zipper as the key variant. The pouch can be customized for seasoning packaging. Common laminates include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Thickness is 15–25 silk (multi-layer composite).
Printing is 1–8 color gravure printing, allowing artwork and text to be presented according to the customer's layout. The zipper structure is suitable for 2kg seasoning packaging that requires opening and closing, and clearly distinguishes this product from same-size non-zipper pouches.
Production takes place in a 10,000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong. The main process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Customization supports sample/artwork proofing and custom sizes and layouts according to customer requirements. MOQ is 10,000 pcs. It is suitable for 2kg seasoning products using foil/metallized packaging, with material and structure selected from the above common laminate options.
